国际滑坡协会（International Consortium on Landslides，简称ICL）
在联合国教科文组织（UNESCO）、世界气象组织（WMO）、联合国粮农组织（FAO）和联合国减灾战略组织（UN/ISDR）的支持下，于2002年1月21日在日本京都成立。是国际性非政府非盈利性的科学研究组织，该组织同时也得到了联合国教科文组织国际水文计划(UNESCO-IHP)、国际地质科学联合会（IUGS）、日本文部科学省(MEXT)和美国地质调查局（USGS）等其它一些政府机构的支持和认可。ICL组织机构的总部设在日本的京都，已有20余个国家和地区的50个成员单位。
