Before the October National Holiday, Miss Megan Wills, Early Years Head of Houses, introduced the Dulwich College Beijing House System during the Early Years assembly, causing a great stir amongst our Key Stage 1 students! Alongside discovering which House Team they belonged to, they seized the occasion to discuss sportsmanship and teamwork.

A week later, Friday 8 October marked House Launch Day, the Early Years first-ever House event!

This launch offered children the experience of working and getting to know other children and staff within their designated House Teams through a wide range of fun and exciting activities.

House Launch Day also provided a clear understanding of how the House system works. From then on, and like their Junior School and Senior School peers, Early Years students will be working and collaborating with their House Teams during a series of House events throughout the year. An invaluable chance to bond with their new community of friends and teachers!

学前部启动阵营系统!

在国庆假期之前，学前部阵营领导Megan Wills老师在学前部集会上介绍了北京德威的阵营系统，让Key Stage 1的学生非常兴奋！学生们认识了自己的阵营，还借此机会讨论了体育精神和团队合作。

一周后，10月8日星期五这天，学前部举办了第一次阵营活动——阵营启动日！

活动当天，学生们通过各种有趣的活动，结识了自己阵营里其他年级的学生和老师。阵营启动日当天还向学生们介绍了阵营系统的运行机制。从那时起，学前部的学生和他们的小学、中学伙伴一样，将在全年的一系列阵营活动中与自己的团队合作。这是一个结实新朋友、组成新社区、建立新联系的宝贵机会！
